VAT Settings
The rates offered when recording a payment or raising a document. The national rate is the default; add a line for anything that carries a different one.
Extra VAT rates
Anything that does not carry the national rate. Food bought for the crew is 13%;
materials are 24% like everything else. Each line becomes a choice on every
payment and every document, named the way you wrote it.
Withholding Taxes

Automations
Rules that hold work back until something else has happened — when a task or phase reaches a state, then another one is allowed to be updated, deleted or moved. The same rules appear on each phase's Automation button in the Task Manager, scoped to that phase; here you see the whole project at once.
Webhooks
Route CHALYBS events to email, Slack or Telegram with Webhook Profiles, receive events from external systems with Inbound Webhooks, or POST raw HMAC-signed payloads to any endpoint with Custom Webhooks.

Send selected event info to a connected account (Email / Slack / Telegram) via n8n.
Custom Webhooks
POST HMAC-SHA256 signed payloads to any endpoint (n8n, Zapier, …). Each subscribes to one or more events.
Inbound Webhooks
Send events INTO CHALYBS from Zapier, n8n, Stripe or a chatbot. Your account has one inbound URL — Inbound Templates shows it, with ready-to-paste JSON for every command.
Notification Center
Control how and when project members are notified — in-app inbox, browser push, and RFI alerts.
Push Notifications
Auto — every action dispatches to all project members automatically. Manual — a send button appears on each task card; you choose who receives it.
Notify Yourself
When enabled, your own actions also appear in your inbox. Usually not needed — you already know what you did.
